Albanian flag placed on the roof of the school in Gracanica (KoSSev, KIM radio, Kontakt plus radio)

Popovic underlined it is incomprehensible that someone breaks into the healthcare facility that serves all communities living in that area and provides help to all of them.

Serbian National Forum (SNF) from Gracanica reacted to the latest arrest of Serb displaced person at Jarinje crossing point warning it is impermissible pressure on the Serbs, reflected in a permanent threat of arrests at the administrative crossing points, under the excuse that they have committed war crimes in 1999, Tanjug reported. SNF added this way a system of fear for personal security among the Serbs in Kosovo and Metohija is being established, in particular among the displaced persons, because Pristina wants to prevent their return.

Gracanica Mayor Srdjan Popovic in the strongest terms condemned demolishing of more than 20 tombstones at the Orthodox cemetery in Lipljan and requested a detailed investigation as well as identification of perpetrators. “Such incidents bring us back to the past and do not contribute to the stabilization, overall peace and building the trust. Ethnic, religious and cultural differences are the high societal values that we all must respect.

Alliance for Kosovo and Metohija established (KoSSev)

The Alliance for Kosovo and Metohija was established as a branch of the Serbian opposition Alliance for Serbia (SzS) at Gazimestan yesterday, one of the leaders of this alliance, Dragan Djilas confirmed for KoSSev. Two decades since NATO bombing of Nis-Express bus in Luzane (Gracanica-online, KoSSev, KIM Radio, Radio kontakt plus, RTV Puls, TV Most)

Brother and sister, Nikola (17) and Marija (15) Petrovic from Gracanica died along with their grandmother on May 1, two decades ago, when NATO bombed Nis-Express bus on the Pristina-Nis highway in Luzane, Serbian media in Kosovo report. The two teens and their grandmother were on their way back from Prokuplje to Gracanica. No one was hold responsible for this crime. 60 people, including 15 children died in the attack on Nis-Express bus, destroyed by NATO bombs while crossing the bridge in Luzane, 18 kilometres north of Pristina.

A child's smile and message "Just May There be no War" (KIM radio)

The primary school pupils from different parts of Kosovo performed and so made a children's festival in Gracanica last night. Acting, singing and dancing have been shown on the stage of the Culture Center in Gracanica, reports KIM radio.

The program entitled "The Month of Child's Smile'' was prepared by 120 pupils of several elementary schools from central Kosovo, Strpce and other areas.
