Trajkovic: “Lord of the North” elected as SL deputy chair (Danas)

I am surprised with the impudence of Kosovo Office Director, Marko Djuric who came from Belgrade to take part in Srpska Lista (SL) electoral assembly, during which a man known by everybody as a mafia man was elected as its deputy chair, Rada Trajkovic, leader of the Serb European Movement told Danas daily.

Djuric: Political irresponsibility and instability of Vuk Jeremic (Tanjug, Vecernje Novosti)

Serbian Government Office for Kosovo and Metohija Director, Marko Djuric reacted to yesterday’s statements by the leader of Peoples’ Party Vuk Jeremic who said Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic plans to cause unrest in the north of Kosovo to have an excuse to make concessions to Pristina, including a seat in the UN, Vecernje Novosti daily reported.

Djuric assessed these claims as a complete political irresponsibility and personal instability of Jeremic, who, according to Djuric with his unscrupulous careerism neglects interests of citizens.

Serbia marks Kosovo Victims' Day (N1)

The Association of Families of Kidnapped and Missing Persons from Kosovo and Metohija and Serbia’s Office for Kosovo and Metohija have together marked the Kosovo Victims' Day, commemorating the victims of the 1998 Serbian - Albanian conflict in Kosovo.

The Association asked for a monument to be erected for the victims, while the Director of the Office of Kosovo and Metohija, Marko Djuric, appealed to the international community to find and punish those responsible for the expulsion and killings of people in Kosovo.

Serbian Government Office for Kosovo and Metohija Director, Marko Djuric called European Union to declare itself on the stances of an EU Office in Kosovo Head Nataliya Apostolova, who said that frequent attacks of Albanians against Serbs in Kosovo are “tit for tat,” Serbian media reported.

With such reaction on dozens of attacks, in which lives of people and their properties are endangered, Apostolova, according to Djuric “sends a message to those who are attacking that attacks are welcome.”

Djuric: Pristina’s refusal dangerous and irresponsible (RTS)

Serbian Government Office for Kosovo and Metohija Director, Marko Djuric told RTS that Pristina’s refusal to continue dialogue is dangerous and irresponsible as well as negation of accepted obligations.

The stances of Kosovo politicians that can be heard over the last days are contrary to the dialogue idea and lead towards a stalemate, Djuric added.
