MP of the Serbian List in the Kosovo Parliament Nenad Rašić said that the resolution for the unconditional release of Ramush Haradinaj adopted by the Assembly of Kosovo contains and a request to stop the dialogue with Belgrade, and thus represents a kind of political pressure on the EU.

According to Rašić, this resolution is not binding. He said that the resolution has no requests of the opposition concerning the abolition of Serbian warrants for possible suspects.

SNF calls Aleksandar Vučić to prevent Members of the Serbian List to vote, or to possibly provide a quorum for the establishing of the army of Kosovo.

"With regard to Serbian MPs who broke the boycott of the Kosovo Assembly from the SNS party, Serbian National Forum invites SNS's President and Prime Minister Aleksandar Vučić, to prevent them from voting, or possibly providing a quorum for such a dangerous precedent in the Balkans with far-reaching consequences" , the SNF statement said.

Dalibor Jevtic, Minister for Returns and Communities in the Kosovo Government, said today that Kosovo Serbs do not support the idea of forming the Army of Kosovo, “because this was never part of the coalition agreement between the PDK, LDK and the Serbian List”. Jevtic argued that the funds that would be used for the army should be used for opening a factory. He did not say when the Serbian List could return to the Kosovo institutions and also called for the immediate formation of the Association/Community of Serb-majority municipalities.

After a visit to Staro Gracko, Kosovo Minister for Communities and Return Dalibor Jevtić told that these days they talk about the possibility of reactivating or unfreezing of functions of the Serbian List.

Jevtić says that this is not a secret that they talk with their coalition partners, representatives of the international community as well as representatives of certain embassies.

Members of the Serbian National Forum (SNF) have announced that the Serbian list with their primitivism and anti-national action does not cease to surprise. The SNF announcement came after the MPs of the Serbian List criticized the visit of Vuk Jeremić to Peć Patriarchate.

Member of the Parliament of Kosovo Nenad Rašić believes that voting for the ratification of the agreement on the demarcation with Montenegro cannot happen during the next week, adding that Mustafa’s call to Serbs to return to institutions is not serious.

Kosovo Prime Minister Isa Mustafa has announced that the agreement on demarcation with Montenegro will be submitted to the Parliament for ratification in a few days. MPs of the Serbian List will not attend the session.

Leaders of the Serbian List do not consider their participation at the Assembly session on demarcation of the border with Montenegro necessary. They claim that if there is a consensus among the Albanian political parties, endorsement of this agreement would not depend on the votes of Serb MPs.

“The demarcation issue is complex and consensus has not been reached yet among the two major Albanian parties, PDK and LDK, so Kosovo’s direction for the future is under a question mark,” said Slavko Simic, from the Serbian List.

President of Kosovo, Hashim Thaci, said in an interview to RTK that there will be no visa liberalisation for Kosovo until the Assembly ratifies border demarcation agreement with Montenegro. “If ratification does not happen this month, then there would immediately be liberalisation but if this is delayed for another 2-3 years, liberalisation will also be postponed that much,” Thaci said. He called on Kosovo Assembly members to put the interests of Kosovo before party ones.

Independent Liberal Party (SLS) led by Slobodan Petrović and the Alliance of Kosovo Serbs led by the former Mayor of Graçanicë/Gračanica, Bojan Stojanović, signed today a memorandum of integration by which the two parties reunited. These two political options were one political party four years ago, and just before the last Kosovo local elections, Stojanović left the SLS and formed the Alliance of Kosovo Serbs. Memorandum of reunification was signed on 11th anniversary of SLS.

The session of the Mitrovica North Assembly scheduled for today to approve the construction of the wall in the “King Peter I” in the northern part of the city was cancelled on the request of the Serbian List representatives. Bashkim Cimili, member of the Mitrovica North Assembly from the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK) said no explanation was given behind the decision to cancel the session.
