Rašić: Resolution on the release of Haradinaj - political pressure (NMagazin)

MP of the Serbian List in the Kosovo Parliament Nenad Rašić said that the resolution for the unconditional release of Ramush Haradinaj adopted by the Assembly of Kosovo contains and a request to stop the dialogue with Belgrade, and thus represents a kind of political pressure on the EU.

According to Rašić, this resolution is not binding. He said that the resolution has no requests of the opposition concerning the abolition of Serbian warrants for possible suspects.

SNF: Vučić to prevent Serbian List to vote for the army of Kosovo (KIM radio)

SNF calls Aleksandar Vučić to prevent Members of the Serbian List to vote, or to possibly provide a quorum for the establishing of the army of Kosovo.

Jevtic: Army was not part of coalition agreement with PDK and LDK (Klan Kosova)

Dalibor Jevtic, Minister for Returns and Communities in the Kosovo Government, said today that Kosovo Serbs do not support the idea of forming the Army of Kosovo, “because this was never part of the coalition agreement between the PDK, LDK and the Serbian List”. Kosovo Prime Minister Isa Mustafa has announced that the agreement on demarcation with Montenegro will be submitted to the Parliament for ratification in a few days. MPs of the Serbian List will not attend the session.

Serbian List not interested on demarcation, only on Association (Zeri)

Leaders of the Serbian List do not consider their participation at the Assembly session on demarcation of the border with Montenegro necessary. They claim that if there is a consensus among the Albanian political parties, endorsement of this agreement would not depend on the votes of Serb MPs.

“The demarcation issue is complex and consensus has not been reached yet among the two major Albanian parties, PDK and LDK, so Kosovo’s direction for the future is under a question mark,” said Slavko Simic, from the Serbian List.

Thaci: Assembly to form Kosovo army without delay (RTK)

President of Kosovo, Hashim Thaci, said in an interview to RTK that there will be no visa liberalisation for Kosovo until the Assembly ratifies border demarcation agreement with Montenegro. “If ratification does not happen this month, then there would immediately be liberalisation but if this is delayed for another 2-3 years, liberalisation will also be postponed that much,” Thaci said. He called on Kosovo Assembly members to put the interests of Kosovo before party ones.

Independent Liberal Party (SLS) led by Slobodan Petrović and the Alliance of Kosovo Serbs led by the former Mayor of Graçanicë/Gračanica, Bojan Stojanović, signed today a memorandum of integration by which the two parties reunited. These two political options were one political party four years ago, and just before the last Kosovo local elections, Stojanović left the SLS and formed the Alliance of Kosovo Serbs. Memorandum of reunification was signed on 11th anniversary of SLS.

Mitrovica North Assembly session on legalizing the wall cancelled (Telegrafi)

The session of the Mitrovica North Assembly scheduled for today to approve the construction of the wall in the “King Peter I” in the northern part of the city was cancelled on the request of the Serbian List representatives. Bashkim Cimili, member of the Mitrovica North Assembly from the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK) said no explanation was given behind the decision to cancel the session.
