"Deadlines and pressure will not speed up Kosovo talks" (B92, Tanjug, Vecernje Novosti)

Ivica Dacic says the demands to include "new players" in the Kosovo dialogue now - only to strengthen Pristina's position - are completely unreasonable.

The foreign minister of Serbia at the same time stressed that pressure will not accelerate reaching a compromise.
"The United States is already very much well informed and indirectly involved in the whole process," Dacic told the daily Vecernje Novosti, commenting on the call of Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj to engage the United States in the dialogue.

Drecun: Without progress in dialogue what's the point?

Vecernje Novosti: Vucic rejected "US package" for Kosovo (RTS, Vecernje Novosti)

Radio Television of Serbia (RTS) reports, quoting Belgrade based daily Vecernje Novosti, that the president of Serbia allegedly did not want to introduce the public with a working document related to resolving the Kosovo problem, assessing it as "unworthy of attention and unacceptable for Serbia".

According to Novosti, representatives of Kosovo and Serbia were presented with four pillars of the historic agreement:

Vucic receives "no US plan - just indications, principles" (B92, Beta)

President Aleksandar Vucic said in Sofia, Bulgaria late on Wednesday that he received "no US plan for solving the situation with Kosovo," Beta is reporting.

Vucic at the same time reportedly said he did receive "indications and principles."

He is quoted as saying there were "decent things" in those - but also "solutions he does not agree with."

"Pristina admitted that Americans conduct their policy" (B92)

Pristina authorities have admitted that Americans conduct their foreign policy, Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic has said.

Vucic made this comment after Ramush Haradinaj told Belgrade-based Happy TV that Kosovo "does not have a foreign policy and belongs to the club led by America." During the same interview, the Kosovo prime minister was asked if he ever killed anyone, and replied, "I don't know, probably, war is war."
