The proposal of the Statute of the Community of Serb Municipalities (ZSO) should be presented on the 4th of August in Brussels. That deadline was given to Pristina when the Serbs, five years after the signing of the Brussels Agreement, announced that they would form the Community themselves, reports Radio Television of Serbia (RTS).
It is good that a move was made from a ''dead-point'' because the dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina in Brussels was brought into a "frozen state" due to Pristina's obstruction, Milovan Drecun, the chairman of the assembly committee for Kosovo and Metohija, told reporters in the Serbian parliament.

He points out that EULEX ending its mission ''in the southern Serbian province on June 14, will further destabilize the Serb people''.
