Reactions to Srpska Lista waiting for Hahn: “They are shifting the public focus from the arrest of those suspected of killing Oliver Ivanovic” (Kossev)

Srpska Lista MPs have been in the Kosovo Assembly since yesterday waiting for the arrival of European Commissioner Johannes Hahn in order to inform him about Pristina’s „anti-Serb moves“ that are leading toward „a humanitarian catastrophe“ of the Serbian people in Kosovo.

They are protesting against the 100% custom taxes imposed on Serbian products arriving into Kosovo. Hahn does not have an officially scheduled meeting with them.

Serbian List: One condition - that there is no Kosovo army (media)

President of the Serbian List Slavko Simic rejects that Serb representatives had "four conditions for the transformation of the Kosovo Security Forces into an army." Thus Simic has denied the statement of the outgoing Minister of the Kosovo Security Force (KSF) Haki Demolli, reports Serbian media.

Demolli told Klan Kosova TV that the Serbian List had four conditions to vote in favour of KSF transformation into an army.

Aleksandar Jablanović and Slavko Simić five days ago have filed a request for the registration of the same citizens' initiative as a political party. Both of them claim that they are entitled to it while waiting the CEC to officially comment on the issue.

Both Simić and Jablanović expect a positive outcome of a decision of the CEC, the decision should be made within 30 days.

Quarrel in the Serbian list (KIM radio)

The meeting of representatives of the Serbian List was marked by quarrels between Slobodan Petrović, Slavko Simić and Branimir Stojanović.

Representatives of the Serbian list invited media to record only the beginning of the meeting. However, quarrel between the representatives of the list marked the very beginning of the meeting and in front of the media.

Stojanović: Jablanović does not have the support of the Serbian List (Serbian media)

Deputy Prime Minister of Kosovo from the Serbian List Branimir Stojanović says that Aleksandar Jablanović does not present the unity of all the Serb representatives and that he does not have the support of the Serbian List.

Stojanović said this to Radio Television of Serbia (RTS), and added that nobody can be president of the Serbian List without the support of the Serbs, and announced an extraordinary meeting of the representatives of the list.

 

Uproar among Serbs in Kosovo; Jablanović usurped Serbian List (Blic)

Today's edition of the daily newspaper Blic writes that the return of Aleksandar Jablanović at the head of the Serbian List has shocked and surprised most people in this political organization of Serbs in Kosovo.

The article states that members of the Serbian List fear that Jablanović has performed the unexpected move in concert with the Pristina authorities.

Serbian List states that Aleksandar Jablanović arbitrarily and without the support of Serbian MPs appointed himself as President of the Serbian list. He deceived and manipulated the Office for the registration of political parties - said the Serbian List.

The Central Election Commission will declare soon on everything. The CEC is considering the documentation that was received without a stamp by the Office for the registration of political parties, indicated the Serbian List.

Recognition or termination of negotiations in Brussels (Sputnik)

Kosovo Prime Minister Isa Mustafa said that negotiations with Belgrade under the Brussels agreement must be given a time limit, and the end of the dialogue, but also a completely different form of negotiations. Mustafa has announced that he will appeal to Brussels for the "behaviour of Belgrade in the dialogue" because as he said "we cannot waste time endlessly in the dialogue with Serbia."
