The outgoing EU Special Envoy for Kosovo Samuel Žbogar says that his aim was to assist in promoting a peaceful, democratic and multi-ethnic Kosovo and in this sense he is leaving the position pleased.

He, however, says in an interview for daily Jedinstvo, that there are still a lot of open issues for the multi-ethnic Kosovo, but that the EU sees the multi-ethnic Kosovo as the only possible variant of Kosovo and is working to strengthen it.

The long awaited Association / Community of Serb Municipalities (Politika)

According to the Brussels agreement, Pristina was obliged to approve the Statute of the Association / Community of Serb Municipalities (A/CSM) until 25 December last year. However, so far, was not written even single letter of the Statute.  From the last meeting between Vučić and Mustafa held in January, Serbs from Kosovo are not closer to the A/CSM even for a millimetre. Meanwhile Pristina, step by step, fortify the self-proclaimed independence. Kosovo was admitted in UEFA, FIFA, and is on the way to receive visa free regime with EU.

Belgrade conditions agreements with establishment of Association/Community (RFE)

Authorities in Belgrade insist the Association/Community of Serb-majority Municipalities is established in accordance to the Brussels agreement and not the Constitution of Kosovo, reported Radio Free Europe in Albanian. The agreement reached on 25 August last year as part of the dialogue for normalisation of relations between Pristina and Belgrade grants the Association/Community a level of autonomy in education, health, urban and rural planning.

Today is the third anniversary of the signing the Brussels Agreement on normalization of relations by than prime ministers of Kosovo and Serbia, Hashim Thaci and Ivica Dacic, after several months of negotiations facilitated by than EU High Representative Catherine Ashton.

EU officials assessed that 19 April 2013 was historical day for relations between Serbia and Kosovo, entire Western Balkans and Europe. Signing of the Agreement was also a condition for the start of accession talks between Serbia and the EU.

Joksimovic: Vucic maps the continuation of the dialogue in Brussels (N1)

The President of the Centre for Foreign Policy, Aleksandra Joksimovic says that it is important, for both Belgrade and Pristina, to find responsible for the bomb attack on a facility in Zubin Potok, on the eve of the SNS rally and the speech of PM Aleksandra Vucic.  Resolving the attack, according to her, is in the interest of all - in Kosovo and in Belgrade.

Vladisavljević: Agreement on diplomas from 4 April (TV Most)

Director of the Office for the Coordination of talks with Pristina Dragan Vladisavljević said that on 4 April should start implementation of the Brussels agreement on diplomas. "The implementation of higher education documents was agreed and it includes specific procedures with mediation of the European University Association. We have submitted a list of 18 universities, including the  Pristina University, with temporary seat in Mitrovica," he said.
