Stojanovic: Pristina to take the responsibility and implement the agreed in Brussels (Blic, Novi Magazin, RTS)

Kosovo Deputy Prime Minister Branimir Stojanovic says that he expects much greater involvement of the international community in order to implement all the agreed from Brussels. Stojanovic was a guest in the show "Dogovor" (Agreement), broadcasted on the independent Serbian television network in Kosovo and B92 Info channel.

Hodzic: A/CSM is a body for the protection of Serbs (RTK2)

Executive Director of the municipal administration in North Mitrovica Adriana Hozić said in a talk show broadcasted on RTK2 that the aim of the formation of the Association / Community of Serbian municipalities (A/CSM) is the creation of a body that will defend the national interests of the Serbian community in Kosovo.

Serbian President Tomislav Nikolic said in Adis Ababa that Serbia will never recognize Kosovo's independence, but can recognize its uniqueness (clarifying that by uniqueness he refers to the status of autonomy according to UNSC Resolution 1244 , talks based on that Resolution and the Serbian Constitution). He added that negotiations between Serbia, Kosovo and the EU are in a delicate situation, because dialogue with Pristina is a condition for Serbia’s entry into the Union.

Brussels talks: Association / Community of Serb Municipalities process unlocked (RTS)

With the meeting in Brussels between Pristina and Belgrade delegations, the issue of forming the Association/Community of Serb Municipalities (A/CSM) has returned to high level political dialogue.  Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic insisted that the statute of A/CSM should be finalized as soon as possible because it represents a means of protecting the interests of Serbs in Kosovo.

Maric: No subsitute for the Brussels dialogue (RTS)

The upcoming round of talks in Brussels should result in the statute on the establishment of A/CSM. Ljubomir Maric coordinator of the team for establishing the Association/ Community of Serb Municipalities (A/CSM) said that there is no substitute for dialogue. "The two sides pledged to implement agreements resulting from the dialogue and so far we have seen that the Serbian government has implemented everything that was agreed.

Implementation of agreement with Serbia on diploma recognition to begin on 1 March (Koha)

Delegations of Kosovo and Serbia, facilitated by the European Union, agreed last week in Brussels to begin implementing the agreement on mutual recognition of diplomas on 1 March. Kosovo’s minister without portfolio and head negotiator Edita Tahiri said the present agreement is broader than that of 2011 as it includes mutual recognition of diplomas of all levels of education.
