Irresponsible politicians (Kosova Sot)

In a front-page editorial, the paper writes that the representatives of the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK), Alliance for Future of Kosovo (AAK), Initiative for Kosovo (NISMA) and Vetevendosje have unilaterally decided to call today’s Assembly session and while a debate is good, it would be better to divert it into a different topic: into the newest European Commission progress report. This year’s report, writes the paper, is a reflection of the real situation in Kosovo and most of the findings are criticisms.

Session of the Assembly of Kosovo without the Serbian List (Vecernje Novosti)

Deputies of the coalition gathered around the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK), today will continue inaugural session of the Assembly of Kosovo, but deputies of the Serbian list will not be present.

Their attitude is that they will participate in those sessions for which they will receive a regular call from the official authority, while today's session was announced by certain party leaders.

Coalition block and Vetevendosje are determined to continue with the constitutive session of the Assembly tomorrow, no matter if the Democratic Party participates or not. They will even hold a debate and draw conclusions through which they would offer a solution and inform all respective bodies, such as the Presidency and other bodies which recognize parliamentary majority.

Bloc representatives to attend meeting with Brovina (Epoka e Re)

Parties of the coalition bloc will finally accept the invitation to a meeting called by Flora Brovina, chairperson of Kosovo Assembly’s constitutive session. “The bloc will send its representatives to the meeting. Vjosa Osmani and Donika Kadaj-Bujupi will represent parties of the coalition bloc at the meeting called by Flora Brovina,” a member of the coalition bloc told Epoka e Re.

Crisis obstacle to formation of Community of Serbian Municipalities (RTK2)

The SLS President, Slobodan Petrovic said that it is very important to reach a solution of the political crisis in Kosovo because the formation of the Community of Serbian municipalities (ZSO) depends of it.

Petrovic told Tanjug that it is important to find a solution to the political crisis in Kosovo that would allow the election of the Speaker of Parliament or the formation of a new Government.

Bloc hints at possible replacement of Brovina (RTK)

Representatives of the coalition consisting of the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK), the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo (AAK), the Initiative for Kosovo (NISMA) and the Vetevendosje Movement are hinting at the possible replacement of Flora Brovina as chairperson of the Kosovo Assembly. Coalition officials argue that Brovina, a member of the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK), is supporting her party in the Assembly. AAK MP Donika Kadaj-Bujupi said a solution for the blockade will be found.

Meeting between bloc’s leaders (Kosovapress)

Leaders of the coalition between the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK), Alliance for Future of Kosovo (AAK), Initiative for Kosovo (NISMA) and Vetevendosje have begun a meeting which is expected to focus on future steps following the end of the constitutive session of the Kosovo Assembly by the chairperson, Flora Brovina. The meeting is taking place in the offices of the LDK parliamentary group in the Kosovo Assembly building.

Hashim Thaci is trying to stay in office, in order to prevent an indictment for trafficking in human organs, which, according to the Court sources, a special prosecutor Clint Williamson has already prepared.

Serbs decide who will be PM (Vesti online)

America and key European countries do not want that radical movement, led by Albin Kurti, is a member of the new ruling coalition in Kosovo, said diplomatic sources.
