Kosovo Prime Minister Isa Mustafa during his visit to Shtime/Stimlje municipality today said that the dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia in Brussels, launched three years ago, has been very difficult. The results of this dialogue, according to Mustafa, have been evident. “Through dialogue we managed to overcome the problem of the north of the country. Now there is communication between the Government of Kosovo and the mayors of the north, and they have accepted the Kosovo budget and are applying the laws of Kosovo,” Mustafa said.

Prime Minister of Kosovo Isa Mustafa said at the meeting of the government today that the opposition has prevented it from carrying it out its work. In a presentation of the annual work report before the members of his cabinet, Mustafa said that they have so far implemented up to 95 percent of the government plan. He said the north of Kosovo is integrated and that there is also progress in the healthcare sector. At the same time, Mustafa said the signing of the Stabilisation and Association Agreement (SAA) with European Union is a major achievement for Kosovo in 2015.

Vetevendosje movement assessed that eventual holding of Serbia’s elections of 24 April in Kosovo, are yet another failure of the Prime Minister Isa Mustafa.

Glauk Konjufca from Vetevendosje, said at a press conference that holding these elections in Kosovo is in contradiction with the Constitution of Kosovo.

When on Tuesday, you along with ministers Rrahmani and  Bajrami visited Kosovo Medicines Agency (KMA), our team, as invited by your office, sent a reporter to follow the event, with the aim of fulfilling our duty to inform the public.

The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Isa Mustafa, said that full commitment of his government to focus on economic development, has given and it will continue to give powerful results.
Citing the figures of the World Bank, Mustafa said that economic growth in Kosovo during 2015 has reached 3.6 percent.

Kosovo Government spokesman, Arban Abrashi, said today that the decision of the Kosovo Medicines Agency to ban Koha Ditore reporter Saranda Ramaj from covering Prime Minister Isa Mustafa’s visit to the agency on Tuesday, was unacceptable. Abrashi said that regardless of the reasons, reporters should not be banned and must be allowed to carry out their duties. He further argued that the government and Prime Minister Mustafa were not aware of the ban until reporters asked about the matter later on.

The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Isa Mustafa promised a speedy reaction towards the recent visits of the Serbian officials in Kosovo as well as the announcements that they made. “Today we are visiting the most senior institution of education in Kosovo, therefore I would want to focus on this. However I promise that during the day or tomorrow, we will respond to your questions, but in the government building,” Mustafa said.

Faton Abdullahu, has been recently nominated spokesperson of the government of Kosovo. He is also political adviser to the Prime Minister Isa Mustafa. Speaking for Klan Kosova, Abdullahu said that work in the government is dynamic and that it is “an art of its own” to convey it properly to the citizens. “Some governments face stagnation despite their good work, and they find it difficult to convey this to the citizens,” Abdulahu said.

Albania Prime Minister Edi Rama during his visit to Kosovo today met with Kosovo Prime Minister Isa Mustafa. Rama and Mustafa discussed the latest developments in the region. After the meeting, Rama said Hashim Thaci’s election as Kosovo President is the most positive thing that is happening in Kosovo. Rama is also expected to meet other Kosovo officials during the day.

Kosovo’s Prime Minister and leader of the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK), Isa Mustafa, said today that for the time being his party is not open to a coalition with the Ramush Haradinaj-led Alliance for the Future of Kosovo (AAK). “Maybe this can happen after the general elections in 2018,” Mustafa said during a visit to Klina municipality.
