"Community of Serbian municipalities a crown of Serbian unity" (KIM radio)

The formation of Association/Community of Serbian municipalities (ZSO) remains a priority of the Serbs in Kosovo, said Branimir Stojanovic, Kosovo's deputy prime minister.

He pointed out that it is necessary to solve the issues of privatization, the full protection of property and rights of the Serbian Orthodox Church in Kosovo.

Stojanovic said that ten conclusions, which representatives of municipalities with Serbian majority in Kosovo made a few days ago at a meeting in Gracanica, have reflected the need of Serbs in Kosovo, not a political option or party.

Gracanica Mayor, Vladeta Kostic said that the recent first joint meeting of municipalities with Serbian majority practically raised the issue of establishing the Association/Community of Serbian municipalities (ZSO) and that the initiative is now raised to a higher political level.

Kostic said that in formal legal terms, the process of creating the ZSO has not started yet, because the legal requirements are not met, nor the statute of the Community was adopted.

"The Association/Community of Serbian municipalities is also obligation of Kosovo side. If Pristina signed Brussels agreement with the intention to respect only what is suitable for her, then the agreement is called into question," said Aleksandar Jablanović for RTV Kim. 

President of the "Serbian List" Aleksandar Jablanović in the 150th broadcasted show "Dogovor" said that new conditions related to the establishment of the Community of Serbian municipalities (ZSO), which come from Pristina, is leading to alienation of the attitudes of Serbs and Albanians.

The Association of Families of Kidnapped and Missing, on the anniversary of the March pogrom, marked seventeen years since the beginning of killing and kidnapping of Serbs in Kosovo. In front of the monument MISSING in Gracanica, representatives of the Association of Kidnapped and Missing persons reminded that still it is not known the fate of 525 people. 

One of the representatives of the Association Milena Parlić has asked the international community in Kosovo to enable families to learn the truth about their missing family members. 

Joint session of Serbian municipalities tomorrow in Gracanica (KIM Radio)

Joint session of all Serb-majority municipalities in Kosovo will take place tomorrow in Gračanica/Graçanicë, a source from the Serbian List told Beta agency.

Session was set to take place at the last week meeting between representatives of Kosovo Serbs and the Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic and the head of Serbian Government’s Office for Kosovo and Metohija Marko Đuric.
