Representatives of Kosovo Serbs deny that an agreement was reached to support the demarcation of the border with Montenegro.

Serbian list did not talk with the representatives of the ruling Albanian political parties about support for the agreement on the demarcation of the border with Montenegro, and which would lead, in return, to the formation of the Association/Community of Serb municipalities (ZSO), confirmed President of the Serbian List Slavko Simić to Večernje Novosti.

Usurpation of property, security, inefficient justice system and budgetary funding at the local level, breach of the right to use their language and script are the problems of Serbs in ten municipalities where they constitute a majority, says Slavko Simić President of the Serbian List.

The MPs of the Serbian List presented today a report on the problems in municipalities with a majority Serbian population.

President of the Serbian List in Kosovo Assembly Slavko Simić said that no one yet had spoken with him about the formation of the Kosovo Armed Forces (KAF). “I am moving in high political circles in Kosovo and I have contacts with many representatives of the institutions. I have to be honest and say that no one has imposed the topic of the Kosovo Armed Forces. Basically we try to emphasize the issues that concern Serbian community in Kosovo, from economy to security, because that is what protects the Serbian population,” said Simić.

Serbian MPs in the Kosovo parliament have filed with the Constitutional Court of Kosovo "a request for verification of the legality of administrative instruction", which provides a new method of registering and exercising pension rights, granted to the citizens over 65 years. The filed request was signed by all 10 MPs of the Serbian List.

The biggest problem for the security of Serbs is that the current Albanian political representatives do not want their return to Metohija, told Vesti Aleksandar Jablanović, founder of the Serbian list and the former minister for return in the Kosovo government.

President of the Serbian List Slavko Simić met with outgoing Head of the EU Office in Kosovo SamueI Žbogar. Representatives of the Serbian List argue that no-one talked with them about the formation of the army of Kosovo. They add that the stand of the Serbian list remains the same, i.e. that they are against the transformation.

The leader of the Serbian List Slavko Simić said that overturning of the truck with Serbian goods near Podujevo is a reason for the continuation of the chaos that caused by the Albanian opposition. "It is unacceptable that the dissatisfaction within the Albanian political scene is spilled over on Serbs that live or travel through Kosovo and Metohija. Although according to the information I have, the truck driver, a Serb, was not injured, the interception on the road and throwing merchandise from the truck was the trauma for him," he said.
