Serbian Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic denied allegations that a German delegation with a proposal for a legally binding agreement on Kosovo will arrive to Serbia, N1 broadcaster reports.
"It's nonsense, nobody comes," Dacic told the Belgrade based daily Politika.

Kosovo Assembly Speaker Kadri Veseli claims “there is no possibility to change the borders in the region,” however, he would “like it the most if municipalities in the south of central Serbia, Presevo and Medvedja belong to Kosovo, if Serbia would agree to it,” adding “that Kosovo has nothing to give to Serbia,” Tanjug news agency reported today, referring to TV T7.

Serbia has received an ultimatum - "to recognize Kosovo in exchange for the Community of Serb Municipalities (ZSO)."
At least that's what the press is reporting this Thursday, Prva TV said.
According to the media, the Serbian president "received such an offer" from diplomats in Berlin, Paris, London, and Washington - while this has been "confirmed to him" these last days during the meetings in New York City.
