Serbia is against the establishment of the so-called Kosovo army and has strong legal grounds for such stance, Serbian Government Office for Kosovo Director, Marko Djuric told the SRNA news agency.
These grounds are based on the UN SC Resolution 1244 and Kumanovo Military-Technical Agreement.
He reminded that KFOR is the only army in Kosovo and theoretically, upon NATO approval, it can be the Army of Serbia.
Serbian Government Office for Kosovo Director, Marko Djuric said for the RTS morning news edition that the victory of the Srpska Litsa is a good foundation for the struggle to further improve the position of Serbs in Kosovo.
Djuric added that Srpska Lista won in 10 municipalities, LDK in 8, AAK in 7 and Self-determination in 5, RTS reported.
He also said that Serbs in Kosovo managed to pull together and respond to the call of their state and president Aleksandar Vucic.
The leader of the Free Citizens' Movement (PSG) Sasa Jankovic told Radio Television of Vojvodina in the TV Show "Pravi ugao" (Right angle) that the Movement wants to participate in the dialogue on Kosovo, but that "what Aleksandar Vucic represents as a dialogue is not a dialogue".
According to the preliminary results, Srpska Lista (SL) mayoral candidates in Klokot and Partes municipalities have won the highest percentage of votes in the local elections, RTS reports.
Bozidar Dejanovic won elections in Klokot, while Dragan Petkovic won elections in Partes.
According to the information of the Central Election Commission (CEC), Srpska Lista mayoral candidate in Partes, Dragan Petkovic won 61.81 percent or 1.316 out of 2.129 votes. His opponent Nenad Cvetkovic won 813 votes or 38.19 percent, RTS also reported.
Serbian Government Office for Kosovo Director, Marko Djuric, commenting on the decision of the Court of Appeals in Pristina to uphold the right of the Serbian Orthodox Church (SOC) over the land, where the Christ the Savior Temple is located, said it is good that the SOC at least got a paper confirming the ownership over the property, but that SOC should be enabled access to its holy shrines in Kosovo.
Djuric also assessed the court decision as “justice victory,” Serbian media reported.
Second roundtable within the internal dialogue on Kosovo would be held today at the Palace of Serbia, announced the Serbian Government Office for Kosovo, Insajder portal reports.
Director of the Office for Kosovo, Marko Djuric, Minister of Education, Science and Technology, Mladen Sarcevic and Secretary General of the Serbian Presidency, Nikola Selakovic would attend the roundtable.

Serbian Government Office for Kosovo Director, Marko Djuric said it is a wonderful news that Suriname withdrew recognition of Kosovo independence, adding that this act refutes all Pristina claims that process of recognition is irrevocable, RTS reports.
“This Suriname’s decision refutes their claims, the struggle is ongoing and it has to continue,” Djuric said.

Leader of the Democratic Party of Serbia (DSS) Milos Jovanovic said DSS would not take part in a farce called internal dialogue on Kosovo, Serbian media reported.
Jovanovic said that the Chair of the Working Group to support dialogue, Marko Djuric, would prefer more to talk to numismatics about this for Serbia and Serbian people fateful topic.
