Ivica Dacic says that Serbia will in 2019 certainly intensively deal with the issue of Kosovo and Metohija, and "probably in a different format than until now."
"No one can say - we will solve Kosovo and Metohija next year, at least no serious politician in our country and abroad. As far as I'm concerned, I would like to have an agreement and a solution tomorrow, but that's not realistic, many more things need to fall into place," the foreign minister told the weekly Nedeljnik.
Putin and Vucic to discuss Kosovo on 15 September (Blic, Vecernje Novosti, N1)
Serbian media reports that on 15 September President of Russia, Vladimir Putin will host Aleksandar Vucic President of Serbia to discuss a solution to Kosovo’s issue.
Before meeting Putin, in their 13th official encounter in several years, and the third since Vucic became the president, he will have another round of talks with Kosovo’s President Hashim Thaci in Brussels, within the framework of the Belgrade – Pristina dialogue facilitated by the European Union, planned for early next month.

Kosovo the largest recipient of the US aid in Balkans (KIM radio, Blic)
United States of America have the largest and most expansive program of foreign aid in the world, with an annual budget of up to $ 50 billion.
More than 18 billion of the budget goes for the economic development, often called the humanitarian aid, while $ 8.1 billion goes for the help to strengthen the security.
Kosovo is the largest recipient of US aid in the Balkans. In 2016 this aid amounted to 30 million dollars.
Thaci: Kosovo will be in the focus of the Trump administration (Telegrafi)
Kosovo President Hashim Thaci said today that the United States of America will continue their unwavering support to Kosovo. In an interview for RTV Dukagjini, Thaci said Kosovo will be in the focus of the new U.S. President, Donald Trump. “I don’t think there is any reason for concern. The United States of America will support Kosovo. The Trump administration will support peace and stability in the region; they will support the values we represent and our Euro-Atlantic vision.
Haradinaj invited to Donald Trump’s inauguration (Indeksonline)
Ramush Haradinaj, leader of the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo (AAK), has received an invitation to attend the inauguration of Donald Trump as President of the United States of America in January next year. An advisor to Haradinaj confirmed the information and said that further details would be revealed in a press communique later during the day.
Trump campaign denies apology, Nedeljnik makes a statement (B92, Danas)
Donald Trump’s campaign claims that the GOP nominee never apologized to the Serbs for the 1999 NATO bombing, and accuses Nedeljnik of fabricating the interview.
Magazine Nedeljnik from Belgrade said they’ll investigate these claims, but they leave the possibility of being duped, and also the possibility of Trump campaign deciding to distance themselves from the spoken words.
