From the other side, we did not have the electorate which expressed the need to collectively and individually participate in the elections.

Analysts expect a higher turnout in Serbian areas in comparison with the previous elections, because unlike some previous elections there is no pressure to boycott the elections, reported N1.

From NGO AKTIV based in northern Kosovo say they expect a higher turnout because there are no more organized pressure not to vote, but on the contrary, the encouragement to turn out to polls in large numbers.

The Central Election Commission certified candidates of five Kosovo Serbs lists for the upcoming parliamentary elections in Kosovo, says member of CEC Nenad Rikalo for KoSSev.

Initially six lists of Kosovo Serbs were registered for the elections in Kosovo - Serbian list, Advanced force of Kosovo, Progressive Democratic Party, and Independent Liberal Party, a coalition of the Party of Kosovo Serbs and Active citizens' initiatives and the Serbian Patriotic Alliance.

Danas reports on Sputnik article saying that most likely five Serbian parties or groupings would participate in the Kosovo's elections. Sputnik says for the campaign nearly a half million euros.

Sputnik adds that it never has been that much money for those taking part in the elections because all participants will get for the campaign almost a million euros of the Kosovo budget; precisely - 942,573 euros.

Members of the Serbian National Forum (SNF) asked the Prime Minister of Serbia Aleksandar Vučić to be a patron of the roundtable on the topic "Kosovo Serbs in the upcoming parliamentary elections - unity or discord."

In a letter to Prime Minister Aleksandar Vučić, members of the Serbian National Forum state that Serbian corpus in the upcoming elections will be in a position to choose between three or four lists.

Aleksandar Vucic on Saturday urged representatives of the EU and Pristina to resume the Brussels dialogue in order to reduce tensions.

According to Beta, the Serbian prime minister and president-elect said that "one warrant for arrest, issued for the most severe crime, could not be a reason to threaten the survival of a people."

The sudden announcement of Pristina that soon may start talks on the Association/Community of Serb municipalities (ZSO), for number of Serbs who work in institutions such as the judiciary, health and education has created the fear of falling "into the hands" of Kosovo's systems.

During the election campaign Kosovo was not much of a topic for the presidential candidates in Serbia. Some have visited Kosovo but without much fanfare, and the winner although he announced his Leposavić's election rally, dropped out of the visit.

According to the head of the Office for Kosovo and Metohija Marko Đurić, Vučić has won the votes of 80 per cent of voters who on Sunday went to the polls.
