Prime Minister of Kosovo, Ramush Haradinaj, said in a Facebook post ahead of Europe Day that this year will be the end of Kosovo’s isolation. “We will receive the well-deserved news of visa liberalisation this year and we are heading determinedly towards gaining the EU candidate status,” Haradinaj wrote. He said EU integration is the main priority of Kosovo and “the youth is our energy needed to walk to European future.”
In a meeting with a group of European People’s Party (EPP) MEPs, Prime Minister of Kosovo, Ramush Haradinaj, said Kosovo is committed to fulfilling all its obligations from the European agenda underlining that Kosovo’s only way forward is the Euro-Atlantic integration. Haradinaj briefed the EPP members, Andrey Kovatchev, Asim Ademov, and Elmar Brok, on Kosovo’s progress in the field of rule of law, initiative for public administration reform, and furthering of good neighbourly relations. He also spoke of the need for Kosovo and Serbia to conclude the dialogue.
Prime Minister of Kosovo, Ramush Haradinaj, said investigations that it is in the interest of Kosovo for the murder of Serb political leader Oliver Ivanovic to be solved. "Investigations are intensive, no piste has been ruled out," Haradinaj said adding however that the case may prove to be impossible to be solved even with investigations by Serbian authorities.
Prime Minister of Kosovo, Ramush Haradinaj, said at a memorial ceremony in hounour of the victims of Studime massacre in 1999 that a peace pact and forgiveness is all Kosovo can give to Serbia. Haradinaj said there is a lot of talk recently about a final settlement between Kosovo and Serbia which would pave way for Kosovo to join the EU, NATO, and the UN. “The question is what Kosovo will give for this agreement. The truth is Kosovo has given a great deal, this here is the evidence,” Haradinaj said referring to the 116 Albanian victims of the massacre.

Prime Minister of Kosovo, Ramush Haradinaj, said at the 8th “KSF and partners” conference that Kosovo is a home for all its citizens and that transformation of the Kosovo Security Force into a Kosovo army will not change this. “The transition of the Kosovo Security Force will only strengthen this feeling,” Haradinaj said. He also noted that KSF’s transformation would not affect KFOR’s role in Kosovo.
Serbian Government Office for Kosovo and Metohija Director, Marko Djuric said he thinks nothing positive nor nice about the award Kosovo PM Ramush Haradnija presented to the founder of Humanitarian Law Centre from Belgrade, Natasa Kandic for her contribution in areas of human rights protection and freedoms.
“That golden map should probably be melted and given to the families of kidnapped and missing persons, whose destinies are still unknown and who suffered from the hands of those who are giving this and such awards,” Djuric told TV Pink.
The government of Kosovo has approved an administrative instruction on taking special measures to enable couples to register property under shared ownership. Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj said the instruction will encourage people to share ownership of their property and make more women co-owners.
Pristina authorities have admitted that Americans conduct their foreign policy, Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic has said.
Vucic made this comment after Ramush Haradinaj told Belgrade-based Happy TV that Kosovo "does not have a foreign policy and belongs to the club led by America." During the same interview, the Kosovo prime minister was asked if he ever killed anyone, and replied, "I don't know, probably, war is war."
