Belgrade has accepted Pristina’s proposal that future employees of the Association/Community of Serb municipalities have the status of ‘employees in the public sector’, learned the paper.

Even though Serbian side insisted that A/CSM employees have the status of ‘state employees’ formulation ‘employees in the public sector’ is also acceptable for Belgrade, since it clearly stipulates that A/CSM is not a non-governmental organization as Albanian side used to treat it so far.

Pristina government does not give up the idea to take from the Serbs the University of Pristina, temporarily relocated in Kosovska Mitrovica. Kosovo Minister of Education Arsim Bajrami, at a ministerial meeting in Vlora, Albania, said that they are ready for "the integration of Northern Mitrovica University in the higher education system in Kosovo." Bajrami has even stated that Pristina authorities are preparing integration and that this is part of the Brussels Agreement, as it is the mutual recognition of diplomas.

The situation in Kosovo is calm and stable and is improving every day, thanks to the determination of KFOR and Kosovo security organizations. However, unforeseen situation is possible due to the fragile nature of inter-ethnic relations, said the KFOR commander, Italian General Francesco Paolo Figliuolo.

The German Embassy sent a circular letter to the German companies which are in Serbia clearly highlighting: “avoid public gatherings, trade centers and concerts.” In short, it was recommended to avoid places where is a high concentration of people.

According to the operational data of domestic and foreign services, locations with lot of people could be targets of terrorist’s attacks during the period of Ramadan. Operational services are doing everything to prevent possible terrorist attacks, but the attacks cannot be excluded.

At this point, it is difficult to predict the epilogue of diplomatic war about the Srebrenica resolution, because Moscow and London have wide consultations in East River, in order to get support for their proposal in the Security Council, writes the paper.

The European Union High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Frederica Mogherini, hosted today separate meetings with the Prime Minister of Kosovo, Isa Mustafa and the Prime Minister of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, as well as with their respective teams. Spokesperson of the Office of the EU High Representative, Maja Kocijancic, informed about these meetings on her social network Twitter.

Final harmonization of a manner and deadlines for creation of the Association/Community of Serb (A/CSM) municipalities is likely to take place in the course of the next week in Brussels. Kosovo Serbs are supposed to observe education, health, spatial planning, economy and rural development.

Vice President of the Belgian government Didier Reynders said that he hopes that the first chapter in the accession negotiations between Serbia and the EU will be opened soon, but in order to happen this year, all partners should be convinced.

Serbia considers Kosovo as an unalienable part of its territory and wishes to continue the search for a solution to the Kosovo issue through peaceful means only, compromise and agreements, Chairman of the Serbian parliament Committee on KiM, Milovan Drecun said in the talks with Chairman of the Russian State Duma Foreign Affairs Committee Alexey Pushkov.
