Pristina and Tirana have clearly stated that their goal is a Greater Albania - and that can only be done through a great Balkan war, says Aleksandar Vulin.

Albanian Foreign Minister Ditmir Bushati, who is visiting Washington, says that his country has "the most developed democracy in the Western Balkans."

In addition, Bushati says that Albania is "a bastion against Russia's influence in Serbia, Montenegro, Macedonia, Bosnia and Croatia."

For the second time in a month, Kosovo President Hashim Thaci has taken to Facebook to announce that Serbia would be sued for genocide.

Thaci's latest threat comes after his failed attempt to form an army in Kosovo, and ahead of the raising of the first indictments by the Specialist Court for KLA crimes, expected to happen by the end of the year, Tanjug said in its report on Tuesday.

Kosovo President Hashim Thaci is "continuing with provocations," Serbian First Deputy PM and Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic observed on Wednesday.

According to Dacic, after "the debacle" of Thaci's idea to form the so-called Kosovo army, he is trying to "switch the domestic public's attention" to a different topic - a genocide lawsuit against Serbia.

EU officials have called on representatives of the Kosovo government to abandon any further delays in establishing the Community of Serb Municipalities (ZSO).

Tanjug is reporting this on Thursday, citing a statement issued by the EU office in Kosovo.

It was published after a meeting in Brussels of "the special group on normalization of relations with Serbia under the EU-Kosovo Stabilization and Association Agreement."

As much as 58 pct of Kosovo's territory - including state, private and "socially" and church-owned real estate - is the property of Serbia.

It belongs to the state, its citizens and institutions, and the state has the original cadastre documentation to prove this, Tanjug is reporting, citing former head of the Kosovo and Metohija Cadastre Slavica Radomirovic.

The European Commission estimates that the property issue in Kosovo must be solved within the framework of a transparent process, involving all the communities to which this issue refers.

"Issues related to property are sensitive and they should be dealt with and regulated through transparent and inclusive processes involving all the communities to which this issue refers. All interested communities must be prepared to engage in such an open and inclusive process," said Kocijančić.

Croatian media are reporting about a dinner organized in Sarajevo, stressing the tension at the table because of Aleksandar Vucic and Isa Mustafa.

President of the Serbian List Slavko Simić says that the decision of the Kosovo's government should be revoked immediately, by which all immovable property of Yugoslavia (SFRJ), Serbia and AP Kosovo and Metohija will be registered as property of Kosovo.

A working group set up to gather facts and evidence of crimes against Serbs and other national communities in Kosovo-Metohija met on Monday to analyse its work to date, agreeing to carry out intensive activities in the period to come.

The third session of the working group was attended by Defence Minister Zoran Djordjevic, State Secretary at the Interior Ministry Biljana Popovic Ivkovic, State Secretary at the Justice Ministry Radomir Ilic and officials of state authorities involved in the work of the working group.
