Peoples’ Party: Vucic to request Security Council session on EULEX stay (Danas)

While the departure of EULEX Mission from Kosovo seriously endangers security of Serbs in Kosovo, President Aleksandar Vucic is serving to the citizens a story on referendum, Peoples’ Party said in a press statement, Danas daily reported.

The Party further said that Vucic is fabricating a false conflict with NATO Alliance, and without any evidence wages dirty war against opposition parties, in particular against Peoples’ Party, obviously being afraid citizens in Serbia could hear a truth about a failure of his politics.

Dolovac in Pristina over Oliver Ivanovic murder (Danas)

Serbian State Prosecutor, Zagorka Dolovac spoke with representative of the Kosovo Special Prosecution, in a meeting of regional prosecutors, organized in Pristina by US Attorney General Jeff Sessions, Danas daily unofficially learned from diplomatic sources.

The meeting between Dolovac and Kosovo Special Prosecution representative happened with the mediation of Attorney Sessions, and one of the topics discussed was the murder of Oliver Ivanovic, leader of Civic Initiative Freedom, Democracy, Justice (GI SDP).

Vucic, Chepurin on Kosovo, Russian support (Tanjug, Blic)

Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic received today Ambassador of the Russian Federation to Serbia, Alexander Chepurin and discussed further cooperation between the two countries, the situation in Kosovo and Metohija, as well as Belgrade-Pristina dialogue, Serbian media reported.

President Vucic voiced great concern over frequent attacks against the Serbs in Kosovo, pointing out to the need to reach a true compromise and not a solution that would imply only pressure on Serbia.

Joksimovic: EU ambassadors did not mention change of the dialogue format (RTS)

Serbian Minister of European Integration Jadranka Joksimovic, after meeting with the ambassadors of the EU Member State in Brussels, stated that none of the participants have mentioned direct involvement or change of the format of the dialogue, Radio Television of Serbia (RTS) reports.

"I'll help Serbia prove NATO's quiet, vicious murder" (Vecernje Novosti, B92)

Domenico Leggero, one of the founders of Osservatorio Militare (Military Observatory) says he is willing to hand over to Serbia his documentation about NATO.

Leggero told the daily Vecernje Novosti that NATO had committed "a quiet, vicious murder" by using depleted uranium ammunition (while attacking Serbia in 1999, and Serb areas in Bosnia before that). For that reason, the Italian said, he was willing to help Serbia by handing over the documentation he gathered on the subject.

Kosovo warned, illegal use of state code (Tanjug, B92)

International Telecommunication Union (ITU) warned in its latest bulletin from June 1, that radio-amateurs from Kosovo illegally and unlawfully use a code dedicated to states, Serbian media reported.

According to ITU such unlawful use of Z6 prefix represents breaching of radio regulations, Tanjug news agency has learned.

ITU called upon International Radio-Amateurs Union to instruct Kosovo to stop using the code as a state code, since Kosovo is not an ITU member state.

Vucic: I am not optimist, but Belgrade will not give up dialogue with Pristina (BETA, Telegraf, RTS)

Beta news agency reported today Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic said he was not optimistic about the upcoming talks with Pristina representatives in Brussels, but that Belgrade would not give up on dialogue, since talks are the only solution towards a compromise.

“The talks in Brussels are ahead of us. I am not an optimist, but Serbs will make efforts to reach a compromise,” Vucic told reporters at the Serbian Academy of Sciences and Arts after the opening of a two-day international conference of the anti-corruption portal “Pistaljka/Whistle”.

“Following certain media speculations, it remains that one should only advise them to carefully read our statements, and not to deal with empty fabrications with a single desire: to deprive Serbia of Russia’s support. It’s typical fishing in muddy water.”
