"UNMIK in 2002 terminated the proceedings against Ivanovic" (KIM radio)

Office for Kosovo and Metohija said that criminal proceedings against the SDP leader, Oliver Ivanovic and four Serbs, for alleged murder of Kosovo Albanians have been conducted and completed.

In the Municipal Court in Mitrovica Oliver Ivanovic, Dragoljub Delibasic, Ilija and Nebojsa Vujacic and Aleksandar Lazovic are tried on suspicion that they were responsible for the murders of Kosovo Albanians in 1999 and 2000.

As announced by the Office for Kosovo and Metohija against them UNMIK judiciary has led and completed the process in 2002.

Djuric thanked Handke (KIM Radio)

Director of the Office for Kosovo and Metohija Marko Djuric, along with the Assistant Director in the Department of Culture Dusan Jovovic, met in Belgrade with Austrian writer and screenwriter Peter Handke. On behalf of the Government of the Republic of Serbia and Serbian people, Djuric thanked Handke for "unfailing love, support and help which he unobtrusively offers to Serbia and especially to Kosovo and Metohija". 

SNF: Delivery of symbols to the municipality unprecedented incident (KIM Radio)

Serbian National Forum (SNF) condemned the delivery of Kosovo Constitution and the flag to Gračanica/Graçanicë Municipality by the Democratic Party of Kosovo’s youth on the very day of anniversary of the crime against Serbs which took place in Livadice near Podujevo/Podujevë. SNF communicated that such gesture presents unprecedented and tasteless incident.

Gorani seeking participation in the dialogue (KIM radio)

Gorani Citizens' Initiative has asked the Government of Serbia and its negotiating team, to include Gorani into talks on Kosovo.

The statement says that "at this point, Gorani, as the non-Albanian population in Kosovo, in these negotiations no one represents, or anyone protects our interests."

Gorani Citizens Initiative stated that the best example of this is the recent agreement on the judiciary in Kosovo, in which municipality of Gora and Gorani are not even mentioned.

Kosovo Assembly session without MPs from the Serbian List (KIM Radio)

Kosovo Assembly session where Kosovo Prime Minister Isa Mustafa is due to present his report on the achieved agreement on judiciary is not attended by MPs from the Serbian List.

MPs from the Serbian List are not participating in the work of Kosovo institutions because of the deposition of the minister from the ranks of the Serbian List, Aleksandar Jablanovic. Kosovo Assembly session is attended only by the MP from the ranks of the Progressive Democratic Party, Nenad Rasic.

"It is a lie that Gavric has planned to activate the explosive" (KIM radio)

Zivojin Jokanovic, one of the defenders of Slobodan Gavric, says the mixture which was found at his client in the car could not independently be used as an explosive. "This is a blatant lie and nonsense," said the lawyer.

Slobodan Gavric from Belgrade is suspected of planning a terrorist attack on the Catholic cathedral in Pristina, since in his car was found a mixture that is claimed to be explosive.
