16 years from killing of youngsters in Peć (KIM radio)

16 years have passed since six young Kosovo Serbs were killed in café ‘Panda’ in Peć/Pejë. No light has been shed on this case so far and perpetrators have remained unknown.
Case ‘Panda’ has not been addressed by Kosovo judiciary yet, while the graves of killed boys could hardly be found at a local cemetery in Peć/Pejë, since it has been desecrated several times so far and it is now completely destroyed.

Rasic: Serbs will have little impact (KiM radio)

"The capacity of Serb participation in the government or in the Parliament of Kosovo is very low," said deputy in the Kosovo Assembly, Nenad Rasic.

Leader of the Progressive Democratic Party of Kosovo, points out that although Serbian ministers would fight in the government of Kosovo to the benefit of the Serbian community, they can solve only problems whose resolution the government of Isa Mustafa will allow.

The Meeting of the Group of Community Affairs (KiM radio)

Group of Community Affairs (GCA) held its last meeting this year. The meeting was chaired by the Director of the Office of Community Affairs, Srdjan Popovic.

As stated in the press release, other than members of the GCA, the meeting was attended by representatives of the embassies of the United States, Great Britain, France, Germany, Switzerland and Croatia, as well as representatives of the Council of Europe, the Office of the EU Special Representative in Kosovo, UNMIK, OSCE and the Community Consultative Council.

Serb boys attacked in Gornje Kusce (KIM radio)

Seventeen-year old Albanian from Gjilan/Gnjilane yesterday attacked around 13:00 in village Gornje Kusce two Serb boys from village Prekovce in Novo Brdo/Novobërdë Municipality. TV Puls reported that boys were attacked while waiting for a school bus in the village.

Boys have suffered visible injuries on their hands and taken a local health center in Gornje Kusce for a treatment, after which they were released home.

Stojanovic: Serbs will not be decoration in the Government (KiM Radio)

Kosovo Deputy Prime Minister Branimir Stojanovic says that representatives of the Srpska will not serve as "decoration" in the Pristina authorities and would withdraw from the government if that happens.

"Ahead of us is complete and ruthless struggle for Serbian interests. The first time that all Serbs from Kosovo and Metohija entered uniquely, if once we start serving as a decor or form, I will leave the government," said Stojanovic.

While in opposition in Pristina believe that the Serbs would be the deciding factor in the executive branch in Kosovo, Slobodan Petrovic believes that the new cabinet members will not have too much influence, but will work in the interests of their community.

He repeated that it was not important only a number of ministries but also  people who would lead the ministries, and that they would show their best now and wished them much success.

The Serbian List unified, most difficult things yet to come (KIM radio)

We are not allowing speculations that Serbian List had fall short of creating sufficient space for more people in the government, said new Minister for Communities and Return in the Kosovo government Aleksandar Jablanovic and added that difficult period is not over yet. “The most difficult period is yet ahead of us, and that one is implementation of everything that we’ve agreed upon with the PDK and LDK,” Jablanovic said.
