Oliver Ivanović assesses that Kosovo will have early elections by the end of the year. Explaining this position, the most famous prisoner of Kosovo, whose Citizens' Initiative SDP is part of the Serbian List in the Kosovo parliament, says that the withdrawal of the proposal of ratification of the agreement on the demarcation with Montenegro from the agenda, for the current government of Isa Mustafa is "the last nail into their own coffin."

Director of the Office for Kosovo and Metohija, Marko Đurić last night in Gračanica has sent a message to Albanian politicians in Pristina not to hide behind the MPs of the Serbian List, and not to shift cowardly the responsibility for the outcome of yesterday's session of Parliament, with the agenda on the ratification of the agreement on the demarcation with Montenegro.

The Serbian List MP, Nenad Rasic, said on Thursday that Serb MPs were not invited to any meetings regarding the border demarcation deal with Montenegro, and therefore they didn’t participate in the Assembly session. “This is a normal reaction because Serb representatives were not invited to any official meeting that was related to the demarcation deal,” Rasic said. He denied that there were conditions imposed by the Serbian List in exchange for participating in the session. “Until this moment, I can say that there were no conditions.

Kosovo Prime Minister Isa Mustafa told members of the Kosovo Assembly today that circumstances are not right to vote on the border demarcation agreement with Montenegro. “As Prime Minister, I believe that today the circumstances are not right to vote on the demarcation with Montenegro … The government has withdrawn the draft law from the agenda. We will try to reach a joint position on the law. We believe it is not appropriate to discuss this draft law at this point and we don’t want to make concessions about the draft law.

Slavko Simic, head of the Serbian List parliamentary group, told the news agency that Serbian List MPs will not attend today’s session of the Kosovo Assembly that is expected to vote on the border demarcation agreement with Montenegro. “We have decided not to attend the session because of the recent security situation and also because of the ongoing protest,” Simic said. The news agency notes that without the votes of the Serbian List, the border agreement cannot be ratified.

President of the Serbian List, Slavko Simić says that there is a possibility that, due to the poor security situation, the MPs of Serbian List and members of the Kosovo government from the Serbian community will not attend today's session of the Assembly of Kosovo and the vote on the ratification of the agreement on the demarcation with Montenegro.

The outgoing EU Special Envoy for Kosovo Samuel Žbogar says that his aim was to assist in promoting a peaceful, democratic and multi-ethnic Kosovo and in this sense he is leaving the position pleased.

He, however, says in an interview for daily Jedinstvo, that there are still a lot of open issues for the multi-ethnic Kosovo, but that the EU sees the multi-ethnic Kosovo as the only possible variant of Kosovo and is working to strengthen it.

The Serbian List has asked the Kosovo government to speed up the process of establishing the Association/Community of Serb municipalities, reports today Epoka.

Deputy Prime Minister and member of the Serbian List, Branimir Stojanović says that "the ZSO is an obligation guaranteed by the agreement reached in the dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina in Brussels" and emphasizes that he expects rapid steps in the establishment of this body.

Representatives of Kosovo Serbs deny that an agreement was reached to support the demarcation of the border with Montenegro.

Serbian list did not talk with the representatives of the ruling Albanian political parties about support for the agreement on the demarcation of the border with Montenegro, and which would lead, in return, to the formation of the Association/Community of Serb municipalities (ZSO), confirmed President of the Serbian List Slavko Simić to Večernje Novosti.

Kosovo government intends to reconstruct its ranks, namely to reduce the number of ministries to the detriment of Serbs. According to the web portal Sputnik, the Ministry for Communities and Return which is led by a Serb, would be abolished and would be lowered at the level of the Office, which will operate under the auspices of the Prime Minister’s cabinet.
