Pushkov: US to explain how they ripped Kosovo from Serbia with missiles (Serbian media)

I suggest the State Department, instead of announcement about Crimea, to explain how they ripped Kosovo from the state of Serbia without referendum, with bombs and missiles, wrote Russian Senator Aleksey Pushkov on his twitter, reports Serbian media.

He reminded that Crimea was Russian at a time when America did not exist. He commented the Washington's condemnation of the visit of Russian President Vladimir Putin to Crimea.

Serbian Ministry of Defence "pleased Pentagon doesn't share US general's position" (B92)

Jankovic said that the Association of Serb Municipalities, the collective rights of Serbs and extraterritoriality of monasteries are achievable.

Deputy Leader of Peoples Party (NS) Nikola Jovanovic said there is a room to reach a compromised solution for Kosovo, however the authorities in Serbia are negotiating unskillfully and damaging the credibility of the state, thus becoming conducive for pressure, BETA news agency reported.

Serbian Prime Minister, Ana Brnabic says she hopes the European Union will recognize the huge wish, work and flexibility of Serbia to resolve the issue of Kosovo and Metohija.

At the same time, the PM Brnabic stressed that Serbia is "not a country that is economically, politically and socially weak, and cannot be blackmailed."

Mitchell Tells Serbia US Supports Kosovo Army (Balkan Insight)

Senior US official Wess Mitchell confirmed America’s support for the establishment of a regular army in Kosovo during his visit to Serbia – which strongly opposes the idea.

US Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs Wess Mitchell reaffirmed Washington’s support for the establishment of a Kosovo army after a meeting with Serbia’s President, Aleksandar Vucic, on Wednesday.

Leader of Peoples Party (Vuk Jeremic) told Sputnik that Pristina’s allies got sick of Kosovo story and want to reach a solution as soon as possible.

Jeremic added, membership of Kosovo to the UN is not as much important to Pristina as it is important to its allies in the international arena, who would like “to conclude the story they got sick of”.

Mitchell: Kosovo has right to establish forces, it is not threat (BETA, B92)

USA Assistant Secretary of State for Europe and Eurasia, Wess Mitchell urged both parties to implement the obligations from the Brussels agreement, Serbian media reported.

Speaking at a press conference, following the meeting with the Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic, Mitchell said that Kosovo has the right to establish professional forces that would deal with security, and it would be no threat to Serbia and Serbs.

Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic said he had "a good, open, content-rich and important conversation" with a visiting US State department official.

According to Vucic, the conversation with Wess Mitchell was important for relations between Serbia and the United States, and they talked about several topics, but above all about Kosovo and Metohija.

FETO organized Turkey coup, they're same as KLA - JS leader (Tanjug, B92)

United Serbia (JS) leader Dragan Markovic Palma said in Ankara that the coup attempt in Turkey was organized by FETO, which is the same as the KLA for Serbia.

According to him, when two years ago the attempted coup was organized in Turkey, Serbia was among the first countries to give support to the Turkish people and President Erdogan.

"This coup attempt was a terrorist act triggered by Gulen's terrorist organization FETO, and FETO is the same as the KLA ("Kosovo Liberation Army") in Kosovo and Metohija," Markovic says.
