The murder of Oliver Ivanovic was ordered, planned, political killing, and there is no doubt about it, according to the editor of the Belgrade weekly Vreme Filip Svarm. Deputy Oliver Ivanovic Ksenija Bozovic says she does not expect killers and orderers to be found, she thinks that there will not be a conflict between Serbs and Albanians, but that a faster migration of Serbs from Kosovo can occur, N1 reports.

The Office for Kosovo and Metohija announces today that topics of three-day talks in Brussels will be implementation of the agreements reached on the Community/Association of Serb Municipalities (ZSO), freedom of movement, integrated management of administrative crossings, justice, energy and other open issues, reports KIM radio.

In the continuation of the negotiation process with Pristina, the Serbian delegation will be led by the Director of the Office for Kosovo and Metohija, Marko Djuric.

There are evidences of KLA crimes, false are the claims that there are no witnesses, eyewitnesses of the crimes, claim members of families of kidnapped and killed in Kosovo, reports KIM radio.

"We have footage of camps with detained Serbs and members of the KLA who managed these camps, photographs, and witnesses who were the witnesses of the kidnapping or the suffering of Serbs, Roma and Albanians, directed by members of the KLA," they told the daily Vecernje Novosti.

The Government of Kosovo adopted, on the proposal of the Minister of Communities and Returns Dalibor Jevtic, the Regulation on the Return of Displaced Persons, reports KIM radio.

Jevtic says that this Regulation is significant and represents an important step in a lasting and sustainable solution to the process of returning displaced persons to Kosovo.

War crimes prosecutor Snezana Stanojkovic says that the prosecution took over 761 cases from Kosovo, KIM radio reports. According to her, the cases are in the appropriate registers and distributed to the processors for further action.

In an interview for Belgrade based daily Politika, Stanojkovic says that the subject of trafficking in human organs, known as the "yellow house" is still active, but that the start of the work is awaited of the Special Court for KLA crimes and its proceeding on this case.

On the occasion of the statement of the deputy of Alliance for the future of Kosovo, Daut Haradinaj, who said that raising the first indictments before the Special Court could re-activate the Kosovo Liberation Army, Jevtic says that such statements are dangerous.

-Now when the date of the Special Court's start approaches, and when it is obvious that many well-known names will be on the list of suspects, it is normal that those in fear are taking measures to reduce the impact of the Special Court and to control the damage, says Oliver Ivanovic, the SDP Leader on the occasion of attempt to amend the law on the court in the Kosovo parliament, reports KIM radio.

Former KLA commander and Deputy Minister of the Security Forces of Kosovo Agim Ceku told RTV Kim in the TV Show ''Dogovor!?'' that he is ready to defend himself before the Special Court, in case he would be one of the war crimes suspects, reports KIM radio portal.

Agim Ceku is just one of the Albanian officials mentioned by media in Kosovo and Serbia as potential suspect before the court, reports KIM radio.

Deputy Minister of Security Forces of Kosovo Agim Ceku told RTV KiM that the talks with the Serbian List are being conducted about the transformation of the KSF into the Kosovo Army, and the possible support of this List to changes of the constitution that is necessary for the transformation.

Ceku, who emphasizes that he is not a direct participant in those talks, says he has the knowledge that there are currently talks with everyone in the Serbian list.

The Commission for the Rights and Interests of Communities and Return, chaired by Igor Simic, President of the Commission, held a session on which the main item on the agenda was the consideration of the Draft Law on the Budget for 2018 and in connection to budgetary allocations for the Ministry of Community and Return, reports KIM radio.
