A Kosovo Serb who has spent several months in jail has been charged with war crimes committed in 1999 in the town of Pec, the KoSSev news portal reported on Tuesday.
The Special Prosecution indicted Zoran Djokic of Pec for war crimes against the civilian population in March and April of 1999, a prosecution press release said.
''The information presented by the Kosovo Police in its own latest press release is not at all in line with our information on the events, and no concrete evidence has so far been shared with the United Nations by relevant Kosovo police and other Kosovo authorities,'' replied UNMIK to Kossev portal's question on the Zubin Potok events.
If the Pristina media, while reporting on the north, are collectively accusing the Serbs of something, how can the Serbs in the north be interested in following their news? Kosovo Police spokesperson for the Region North lieutenant Branislav Radovic told KoSSev that the vehicle was set on fire early in the morning at 02:42h in the center of Zubin Potok.

The Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic announced in mid-April that Belgrade’s first countermeasures to Pristina’s taxes would arrive ‘around St. George’s Day.’ The decision on the countermeasures, however, has not been made yet.
