Djuric: Pristina introduced tariffs only to harm Serbia (RTS, TV N1)

Serbian Government Office for Kosovo and Metohija, Marko Djuric said the tariffs that Pristina authorities introduced on goods from Serbia “had one and the only goal and it is to harm Serbia,” adding there was no other political idea or principle behind that decision.

Commenting on statement of Kosovo Deputy Prime Minister Enver Hoxhaj, who said the new tax policy achieved its goal because it harmed Serbia’s economy, Djuric noted this once again proved what was the motive to introduce the tariffs.

Radojevic: No official information about investigation of Marko Djuric’s arrest (Tanjug, TV Most)

One year after the arrest of Office for Kosovo and Metohija Director Marko Djuric in Mitrovica North there is no yet official information about the investigation of his arrest, Kosovo Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Milan Radojevic said, adding it is an important test for Pristina institutions that would show whether they are functional or not, TV Most reported.

Radojevic sent a request to Pristina police to launch an investigation and determine the responsibility of individuals over the way Marko Djuric was transferred to Pristina.

Volleyball teams banned to enter Kosovo, Djuric, Srpska Lista react (RTS, Tanjug, KoSSev)

Two volleyball teams “Bukovica” from Ivanjica and “Ribnica” from Kraljevo were banned to enter Kosovo on Sunday, at Brnjak crossing point, Serbian media reported.

The teams were supposed to play matches within Regional League West in Zubin Potok. Their hosts were teams from Gracanica and Lipljan. This is yet another in a series of bans to the sport teams from central Serbia to enter Kosovo, KoSSev portal recalled.

Djuric added “there are more and more indicators pointing out that Kosovo President Hashim Thaci, Kosovo Assembly Speaker Kadri Veseli and current Pristina authorities are behind the murder of one of the Kosovo Serbs leaders Oliver Ivanovic.”

Basketball players banned to enter Kosovo, Djuric, Srpska Lista react (RTS, Tanjug, RTS, B92)

Young basketball players of Sloga team from Kraljevo were banned to enter Kosovo and Metohija at Jarinje crossing point, Tanjug news agency reported.

Office for Kosovo and Metohija Director Marko Djuric reacting to the ban said, “there is no justification for such Pristina’s attack on the freedom of movement, which is now prohibiting young people to play sport and travel freely.”

Following an open letter one of the opposition Alliance for Serbia (SzS) leader Dragan Djilas has sent to the Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic, Marko Djuric and Srpska Lista have reacted to it, RTS reports.

Deputy Chair of the Serbian Progressive Party (SNS) Main Board and Office for Kosovo and Metohija Director, Marko Djuric said that Dragan Djilas instead of addressing the international community or those who “hold a sword above the heads of the Serbian people” in Kosovo and Metohija, has decided to send a slanderous letter full of lies to the Serbian President.
