President Aleksandar Vucic and Government Office for Kosovo and Metohija chief Marko Djuric will meet with political representatives of Serbs from Kosovo.
The meeting will be held at noon on Wednesday in the Palace of Serbia. Participants will then address the media, the president's press service said.
''The exchange of territories is being discussed because Federica Mogherini faked the process and progress in order to keep her job, while HashimThaci wants an amnesty from the Special Court,'' German political analyst and expert on the Balkans, Bodo Weber said during his guest appearance on the KTV Rubikon show.
Albanian political analyst Azem Vllasi said that the annexation of the Presevo valley to Kosovo is not a realistic option.
Vllasi, a senior communist official in Kosovo during the 1980s, said that the annexation of that part of southern Serbia is something that everyone in Kosovo wants.
He told Pristina-based KTV that President Hashim Thaci’s insisting on the annexation of the Presevo valley is not a realistic option.
Commenting the statement of Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic that representatives of the Pristina authorities were waiting for a favourable moment for the attack on northern Kosovo, analyst Nexhmedin Spahiu opined that this announcement serves “for the realization of what was already agreed”, while Aleksandar Stojanovic reminds that even in the past, there were flammable statements.
"The provisional Pristina institutions PM saying that the so-called 'Kosovo Army' could enter the north of Kosovo is a threat to the entire region's peace," stated Serbian Defense Minister Aleksandar Vulin.
He told the public broadcaster, RTS, that the Serbian Army was "confident, strong and capable of preserving peace and stability throughout the country."
Vuk Jeremic, the leader of the People's Party and one of the leaders of the Alliance for Serbia, stated that most of the Serbs would never accept Kosovo as an independent state. Jeremic said this during lectures at the Diplomatic Academy of Georgetown University, quoted RTK2 the National Party of Serbia statement. Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic told TV Pink in Davos, on the occasion of the request of Albanian councillors to unite the northern and southern parts of Mitrovica and the support given by Kosovo President Hashim Thaci, that this will not happen.
Vucic told Belgrade based TV Pink that he does not understand "neither what Thaci does, nor Ramush Haradinaj."
