Assistant Director of the Office for Kosovo and Metohija Ljubomir Marić says that that drafting of the Statute of the Community/Association of the Serb municipalities is entirely the responsibility of the Management Team, and representatives of the Serbian people in Kosovo, as well as that all the announcements of Albanian officials in Pristina on this occasion can only be the result of ignorance or deliberate attempt to mislead the public and further avoidance of the formation of the ZSO.

Advisor to the Prime Minister of Kosovo Bajram Gecaj says that the Kosovo Government is ready to start with drafting the Statute of the Community/Association of Serb Municipalities (ZSO) as soon as the Serbian List "fully returns to the Kosovo institutions".

The Serbian government has appointed Ljubomir Maric as assistant director of the Office for Kosovo and Metohija, Tanjug learned from this Office.

Maric will deal with issues related to the establishment of the Community of Serb Municipalities (ZSO) in Kosovo, and with coordination of local self-governments in Kosovo.

Head of the OSCE Mission in Kosovo Ambassador Jan Braathu said soon will be known whether the people of Kosovo with Serbian citizenship would be able to vote for the President of the Republic of Serbia in the elections scheduled for the 2nd of April.

Braathu recalled in the show "Free Serbian" that the OSCE few times so far technically assisted in the organization of Serbian elections in Kosovo.

MP of the Serbian List in the Kosovo Parliament Nenad Rašić said that the resolution for the unconditional release of Ramush Haradinaj adopted by the Assembly of Kosovo contains and a request to stop the dialogue with Belgrade, and thus represents a kind of political pressure on the EU.

According to Rašić, this resolution is not binding. He said that the resolution has no requests of the opposition concerning the abolition of Serbian warrants for possible suspects.

Marko Djuric says he has lost faith in Pristina's readiness to work on implementation of the Brussels agreements.

However, the director of the Office for Kosovo and Metohija added that he is convinced the Community of Serb Municipalities (ZSO) would be formed after all.

Deputy Director of the Office for Kosovo and Metohija Dušan Kozarev says that Pristina will not be able to avoid the formation of the Community/Association of the Serb municipalities for long.

Kosovo Deputy Prime Minister Branimir Stojanović said that a legitimate reason for the return of Serbs to Kosovo institutions would be a clear will to begin with the formation of the Association/Community of Serb municipalities (ZSO), as agreed in Brussels.

Kosovo's Foreign Minister Enver Hoxhaj said in Zagreb that the Kosovo government is committed to setting up a community of municipalities with Serbian majority (ZSO) but the mere fact that Serb political representatives did not come to the two meetings, shows that Belgrade has no political will for that to happen.

Simić met with the US two-party delegation of Congressmen in the Kosovo parliament, who arrived in a two-day official visit to Kosovo.

He said to a group of congressmen that the Serbian List continues with the political protests of non-participation in Kosovo's institutions.
