Serbia announces the launch of diplomatic campaign in the US Congress in the fall, Belgrade-based Vecernje Novosti daily reports. According to the daily Belgrade had decided to embark on a campaign in order to present real state of affairs on the territory of Kosovo and Metohija to the US public and to the US officials, including the monstrous crimes committed against the Serbs on Kosovo and Metohija by the KLA.

KiM Assembly Committee Chairman Milovan Drecun said there is new evidence against Ramus Haradinaj for crimes he has not been tried for, reports Serbian media, quoting daily Politika.

Drecun said this to Belgrade based daily Politika and added that Serbian authorities had found a way to speak with the Hague prosecutor, even though it was part of ''the unrecognized Kosovo judiciary''.

"We have put in place a mechanism to avoid any interpretation of recognizing self-proclaimed Kosovo through cooperation with the prosecution," Drecun said.

After the hearing at The Hague Court outgoing Kosovo Prime Minister Haradinaj arranged secret meetings with his commanders of former KLA's operational zone Pastrik brigade, Belgrade-based Blic daily reports.  According to the daily the prosecutor in The Hague had interrogated Haradinaj for an hour, and he refused to answer to his questions.

Blic further writes referring to its sources that during the conflict everything outside the Albanian border could not have happened without the approval of Haradinaj, as this was the part of the region under his control.

The justice minister of Serbia Nela Kuburovic told Belgrade based daily Vecernje Novosti that she is not sure that at the beginning of the Court's work, charges will be raised against high-ranking persons, replying to a question whether she expects Kosovo Prosecutor's Office to indict Hashim Thaci, Ramush Haradinaj and Kadri Veseli.

"If there was a will, that would have already happened," the minister said in an interview with today's Vecernje Novosti.

After the former Council of Europe Special Rapporteur on organ trafficking allegations in Kosovo, Dick Marty in an interview with the Belgrade-based daily Vecernje Novosti said that he was told the evidence on the “Yellow House” was concealed, Chairman of the Serbian Government Missing Persons Commission and Secretary General at the Foreign Ministry, Veljko Odalovic said that the international and domestic public should raise their voices against this, Tanjug news agency reported.

Former Swiss Senator and Council of Europe (CoE) Rapporteur on the human organ trafficking in Kosovo, Dick Marty gave an exclusive interview to Belgrade-based Vecernje Novosti daily. Marty’s famous report on organ trafficking pointed to the possibility of monstrous crimes committed against Serbs in northern Albania involving the highest representatives of the authorities in Pristina.

Q: Eight years have passed since your famous report and indictments have still not been filed. Are you satisfied with the speed of the judicial investigation?

Former Chief Prosecutor of the ICTY, Carla del Ponte, says that it has been a long time since the crimes in Kosovo, and that she does not expect the Special Court to reach the truth and to satisfy justice, reports Serbian media, quoting Serbian state news agency Tanjug.

"It's too late to establish the truth about the crimes committed in Kosovo, and especially about the Yellow House. We tried then to do it, but we did not manage,'' Del Ponte told state news agency Tanjug in a telephone conversation.

As Hague Prosecutor Geoffrey Nice played a role in destroying the evidence related to trafficking in human organs, in the "Yellow House case."

This is according to Branislav Tapuskovic, who at the time participated in the proceedings before the Hague Tribunal, and who now told Belgrade daily Vecernje Novosti that former Chief Hague Prosecutor Carla del Ponte also spoke about this in the past.

The chair of the Serbian Assembly Committee for Kosovo has presented a confidential, so far unpublished report, where eight Albanians testify about human organ trade in Kosovo, B92 reports.

The Albanians in question were members of the co-called KLA ("Kosovo Liberation Army"), Milovan Drecun, a member of the Serbian National Assembly from the ranks of the ruling SNS, told public broadcaster RTS on Thursday.

Serbian Justice Minister, Nela Kuburovic told BETA news agency she expect the Special Court for KLA crime would soon begin to operate.

Kuburovic also said, she believes the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue in Brussels would continue.

“I believe the Specialist Chambers would soon start working and that the justice to the victims will be served,” Kuburovic said.

She added, that an initiative to abrogate the Special Court would not be able to prevent the work of that court as there is an international agreement on its establishment.
